Mason & Menard CFB Young Leaders is a joint committee for active county Farm Bureau members ages 18–35 who are passionate about agriculture. We connect emerging farmers and ag professionals, build community, and promote agriculture locally and across Illinois. Close to home, our group partners with youth to keep the leadership pipeline strong after high-school 4-H and FFA—offering hands-on service, networking, and skill-building. At the state level through Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB), members tap into high-value programs like the State Young Leader Conference, the Young Leader Ag Industry Tour, and competitive opportunities such as the Discussion Meet and Young Leader awards.
